Where do you ship from?

We recently moved our operations from NYC to Houston, TX. Most orders will ship from our studio in Houston. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping in the US on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping, shop pieces from the collection on Wolf & Badger.

When will my order ship? 

Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchasing. However, as most items are made-to-order from our Houston studio, production can range from 1 day to up to one week, depending on availability. Some pieces are made by external artisans, and in those cases, orders may take 2 plus weeks to ship. 

Where are the products made?

Most products are designed and made in the US by Herself Collections. We also carry curated pieces made by expert artisans. Nearly all pieces are handmade. 

What are your products made of?

We only carry products that are 14K gold filled, 14K solid yellow, white and rose gold, and sterling silver. All of our products are lead and nickel free. If you have sensitive skin, you can wear anything sold on Herself Collections with confidence. 

What is 14K gold filled jewelry? 

Unlike gold plated jewelry, gold filled jewelry is pressure bonded to a core of other metal, like high quality jeweler’s brass or sterling silver. The layer of gold used to bond onto the other metal is much thicker than the layer of gold used for gold plated jewelry, meaning that it will last much longer and doesn’t have to be removed when washing your hands or in the shower. 14K solid gold is gold all the way to the core, so it will never fade. Solid gold is a bit more of an investment, while 14K gold filled jewelry is a great option that combines both quality and affordability.

How should I clean my jewelry? 

We suggest a jewelry polishing cloth or gentle scrubbing with warm water and soap using a soft toothbrush. To keep your jewelry lasting for a long time to come, we suggest removing it anytime you go into the ocean or a pool. 

Do you take Returns? 

First and foremost, we want you to love what you bought! Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, and to minimize the affect of returns on the environment, we ask that you purchase with the intent to keep. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Please note all returns must arrive in the original condition with tags.
